La actividad se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Sala Hugo Ch\u00e1vez, de la sede del Sencamer, en Caracas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sencamer.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photo_5006182480167939684_y-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sencamer.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photo_5006182480167939684_y-1.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/www.sencamer.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photo_5006182480167939684_y-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sencamer.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photo_5006182480167939684_y-1-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nueva directiva para el per\u00edodo 2025-2027, qued\u00f3 integrada de la siguiente manera: Presidente, Liber Videla, del Instituto de Materiales y Modelos Estructurales de la UCV; Vicepresidente, Guillermo Bonilla, de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello; y como Secretario, Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, profesional independiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe mencionar que al encuentro asistieron representantes del Centro Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n y Certificaci\u00f3n en Vivienda, H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano (Cenvih), Corporaci\u00f3n Socialista del Cemento, S.A., Fundaci\u00f3n Venezolana de Investigaciones Sismol\u00f3gicas, Ministerio del Poder Popular para Obras P\u00fablicas, Instituto de Materiales y Modelos Estructurales de la Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello (UCAB) y profesionales independientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este comit\u00e9 se encarga de desarrollar, revisar, adaptar o adoptar normas t\u00e9cnicas en el \u00e1mbito de las obras civiles y el desarrollo urbano. Su competencia abarca el estudio de normas relativas a tecnolog\u00eda constructiva, materiales, dise\u00f1o, ejecuci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n de nuevas obras, mantenimiento y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de obras existentes.
