La capacitaci\u00f3n, que se celebr\u00f3 en la sede central del \u00f3rgano en Caracas, estuvo a cargo de la Dra. Gladys Barrios, abogada y especialista en Gerencia P\u00fablica, quien es reconocida como formadora de la Superintendencia Nacional de Auditor\u00eda Interna (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sunai.gob.ve\/\">SUNAI<\/a>). La Dra. Barrios destac\u00f3 la importancia de esta herramienta legal para proteger los derechos de los ciudadanos. Explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo los servidores p\u00fablicos deben aplicar estos principios en su labor diaria.
