Este 10 de abril, la Direcci\u00f3n de Acreditaci\u00f3n \u00a0Sencamer<\/a>, del Ministerio de Industrias y Comercio Nacional<\/a>, en el marco de la \u201cL\u00ednea de Acci\u00f3n educaci\u00f3n a distancia\u201d, en la acci\u00f3n concreta Puertas abiertas \u2013 Ferias de saberes en ambientes virtuales, que incluye las actividades formativas del programa el \u201cValor de la Acreditaci\u00f3n\u201d, realiz\u00f3 el webinar con la siguiente ponencia \u201cLectura e interpretaci\u00f3n de certificados de ensayo\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En esta oportunidad, se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Oswaldo Sperand\u00edo, Licenciado en Biolog\u00eda y especialista en Metrolog\u00eda General. Con m\u00e1s de 28 a\u00f1os de trayectoria en la industria de alimentos. Consultor experto en auditor\u00eda de Sistemas de Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad e Inocuidad bajo est\u00e1ndares internacionales (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 e ISO 17025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con \u00e9sta ponencia los participantes adquirieron la capacidad de comprender el requisito 7.8 de la Norma ISO\/IEC 117025:2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
